Bro you are right, it is better for prices to crash 1 shot and get it over and done with. Like this, keep dragging not so good, then we cheongsters have to keep some money aside for rainy days, just in case... the worse is property prices may start a free fall if drag too long ...

Jobs report last night was bad, but Dow only down a mere 16 points with advancers leading decliners. While the subprime mess doesn't seem to have ended yet, the market seems to have priced in the bad scenarios already.
I thought it was disgusting to have the market go up on UBS' 19 billion write-down. If the Bear is here, i must say i'm disappointed at its weakness. Dow is still trading at ~20x P/E, isn't that still way too high for a bear market?
Man, i don't understand the market. I must say, neither does some of the experts. Motley Fools have given up following this eccentric market.
I say, build up opportunity funds for a couple of years, maybe 2-3, then go invest in a cash-rich, cash-generating, high FCF company. (Yes, it's all abt CASH)
Have my eyes on AAPL, since trying out its iPhone yesterday, it's a beauty. For those who bought into Apple when it was @ $120 a couple of months ago, well-done! It's now a cool $153

Think the worst have not over yet. Last night Dow tumbled 2 per cent...more worst seneraio is approaching. Anyway I too kena burnt last week badly.Should use the money for bonking instead....
