is really depends on the upcoming result for this week...if the result continue to increase and worse up to 3 digits...then confirm CB liao....

i agree there. Also, it is impossible to investigate/track everyone in this business. As we have seen CB and Phase1, If caught, law enforcement will try to make an example out of the case, with heavy fines, cancel license/pass etc... deterrent for violators.
