the hearing will be on tomorow, but according to the lawyer
(lawyer appointed), the case will again be postponed because the victim medical report haven't completed yet.
wow... it took so long, since 31/10. the victim injury not so serious, he already start work 2 week ago. just wonder why took so long to finalize the report ? Sg police also so slow ?

the lwayer also suck, appointed him last week, but until now he not yet confirm the actual charge against the fucker, have to wait tomorow hearing then know the actual charge and the minimum sentence.

the lawyer said not need so much money,
if light sentence (fighting), charge only 1k.
if more serious like "voluntary cause injury", there is no fine ($) charge,
only imprisonment and cane.
