It was another average performance. At least Babel had his chances and took one.

Our play really only livened up in the last 10 mins when the Spaniards came on. Torres really gave the Thai defenders a run (literally) for their money but no surprise, we know what he can do.

I do hope Skrtel's injury wont affect this event, he's the only player i been dying to meet for this tour along with Agger!

i think if they play like how they played against thailand in Singapore, there are gonna be some mad fans but i wont care!

i wonder if carra will notice us laughing at him. his scouse accent is so strong that we need english subtitles to understand his english. really catch no balls when he gets interviewed.

I met Carra before, and he was very quiet! maybe jet lagged

the most vocal Liverpool player I ever met was Jason McAteer, really down to earth but fun guy, really understands what the club means to us, the fans.

a) Michael Owen (when he 1st came to singapore as a 17 y.o with the England U-19)
b) Ian Rush (used to be a cheongster too...... very into SPGs & SYTs )
c) Botak McMahon (sibeh howlian guy...... will avoid him whenever see him now )
d) Steve Manamara (another cheongster )
e) Robbie Fowler (nicest guy of the lot)
f) Kenny Dalgish (actually my son attended his coaching clinic..... only talk to him after the session )
g) Ian Callaghan (still have his autograph)
h) Craig Johnston (met him in Gold Coast when we both stayed at same resort )

Sad to say I've yet to meet any from the current crop of players
