Last time I always called the hotel concierge (or the bellboy) at the entrance to call/book for me the cab to return to City Square. It cost about RM9.00 include RM2 booking fee. Got one time the 'dishonour' cab driver make a big round to Banga Mall then to City Square, it cost me RM15.00. The waiting time should be about 15 to 20 minutes at hotel lobby.

Now I walk, both ways, from JB Central Railway station to BW, saves me about RM20 where I tip the attendant RM10 at the dressing room and balance go to City Square drink coffee......only 7 -10 minutes walk.
