I eat a healthy diet, limit my alcohol intake, exercise regularly, and boost my testosterone levels with tongkat ali. I also try to limit my ejaculations to once every ten days. I don't take any enhancements but if they were available I would probably try. One a related note, poppers make me feel really slutty and are great if you're just bottoming but I can't get hard after doing poppers.
