I called Hill Bristo and booked a table liao. And Like what u said, the person recommended the lamb and steak. Dinner for 2 cost $60-$100. Hehe.

Yeah, LDR is tiring. Plus I am those typical cancerian. Very sensitive and cant trust people. Heng this time shes only away for 3 weeks. Coming back in a few days time. No Im trying to solve the problem of "when she finishes her course and has to go back" I guess we will have to discuss this when she comes back. And pray very hard for her parents to agree to our R/S. Her family is quite well off in VN, thats why Im working hard now to prove to her family that I can take care of her.

All right, I have planned and booked everything for her birthday already. Really thanks for all the wonderful contributions and advice from the brothers here. Will do a final FR after coming back on the actual day to let brothers here know what happened and how good the restaurent is.

Change for the better of yourself is something that I guess all humans want, but please bear in mind that if its changing for another person just to blend into his or her life may have unforseen implications when you get tired or felt not reciprocated.

i tink t most romantic place for dinner must follow up with romantic place for relax lah.....in a world just for 2 yah.....
My OC and i will be leaving for Batam for 2 nites tis evening......my plan is to have a romantic dinner follow by spa for two ....then for a drink at t lounge.....if time permits ....go for a swim......
jus to get away from sillypore n rekindle........

I understand what U mean. Im changing myself for my own good also. Basically doing away with my bad temper, impatience and most importantly laziness. Its for my own good also. And also, which girl would want to give their life to someone who do not want to work hard? I guess 99 out of 100 girls want their man to work hard. But really thanks for your advice. Maybe in the near future if the R/S goes wrong, I will feel hurt. But then, I would have known that I have tried my best and I would have minimal regrets.

Have a picnic at one of the less popular beaches such as Marina South and Tanjong Rhu.

Budget<$20

Things to do:setting up the picnic area together,eating sandwiches together,sharing of hearts,counting of stars,looking out for celestial streaks,identifying constellations,enjoying the caressing of the sea breeze on your face.

How's that?

Sounds cheapskate compared to the conventional stylo milo dinner at expensive restaurants right? But it is equally or even more romantic,I think!

yeah romantic and still can have some action after food(or even during food right?)haha idea not bad but just avoid this wk till next cos the NDP canival at marina south..

Latest Update : She finally told her mum about us. Her mum agrees to let her stay in SG for one more year to pursue a degree. Her mum makes it very clear that if the 2 of us truly loves each other, she will not object to this R/S.
