I think converstaion may not be an issue.
Throughout this trip I did not meet any gals which speak english.

With H88 help; I got a girl for 2 night straight.
Althought we did not speak a word of Tieng Viet; we are very happy with each other companionship.

I wish I can share your optimism. Since this is a thread abt Vn and Ho chi minh. I think I should let you know a bit.

-VBs are not that simple although some are simple and kind, mostly not simple, pls always remind yourself abt this.
-Going into relationships with VBs is easy, getting out is tough, kukujiao may be sliced
-HCM and Hanoi is not the only city in VN where chio VBs live, you should set your eyes away from the big cities, but then the more high maintenance type lives in big cities usually, but can be found elsewhere too
-Tieng Viet is damn hard, but damn easy also

If you find what I write confusing, dont worry, give it sometime or maybe a longer time and you will understand. HCM is larger and more complex than it seems. Respect the city and respect the people.

Lastly, H88 is like a dictionary, but you don't refer to dictionary all the time. You should take care of this dictionary so it will remain fresh and young, Dont overuse and tire him out.

Vietnam I will prefer to have short fling rather than long term relationship. I am usually very up front with all the girls I met; more like a transaction but feel like a relationship.

Hi mate, looks like we have the same mindset.

It's ok to have fun but not hurt the gal's feelings. We can be upfront with them so that they do not have unrealistic expectations of us. Just like us, the gals should not give up a forest for a single tree.

My businessman friend visits his PRC girlfriend twice a year. From the beginning, my friend told the gal that he is married with 3 children, and that he can only visit her occasionally.
