(a) if a PRC girl came in with entertainer WP before, is it necessary to obtain MOM approval to marry a Singaporean?
(b) this PRC is able to obtain a notice of marriage from the registry of marriage, but her SG entry application as rejected by the immigration for the marriage purpose, why and how?
(c) now to play safe, her bf is applying to MOM for her approval to marry a Singaporean, how long does the approval take? is it necessary to wait for MOM approval before appealling to te immigration again? is there a link between the 2 departments?
(d) her marriage date is end of July, can she make it?

>> Yes. Visit MOM and get a form to get approval lst. Failure to do so will result in alot alot of implication. But then again, it will depends on the WP which that PRC girl hold before, some performance artists WP do not need such approval to get marry, however majority WP holders require.

Her entry into sg for marriage is being rejected, I believed her bf put marriage as the reason for the entry application. She did not know the full details when her agent apply for her entry as an entertainer, but she was fined for SG100 for accidentally overstay for a few days when she departed SG previously though, is this the possible reason for the rejection.

Or, ICA is waiting for the application to marry from MOM to approve?
