Firm doesn't mean they are not natural but hard is not. Silicon implanted usually hard at the base but soft at the top and middle.

Just by looking at them physically, there are several ways to tell if they are natural or silicon implanted.

1. Natural tits have 2-3 inches space between the two peaks. Too close are likely not natural.

2. If the tits are set too high up and not around arm pit level, they are unnatural for sure.

3. If tits are perfectly round in shape like a melon, high chance they are fake. Natural tits usually are pear or tear drop shape.

4. Incision scar at the cease between the bottom part of the breast and Chest, or Arm pit or at the nipple area. This is the point where silicon is being injected into the breasts.

5. A natural breasts will collapse sideways when the woman lie on her back but a silicon implanted tits will still stand up.

6. Smaller implant will feel and look more natural than bigger implant.

Of course I can't be 100% sure if ZZ's tits are 100% natural.
