After July foreigner can buy and own apartment. Local apartment are pretty reasonable and cheap in Danang now. Long term visa is not a issue if you know your way around in Vietnam.

Thinking of visiting Nam in the fall sometime, wanting to see if there was any good action in places around DaNang and Nha Trang. Haven't seen any other posts that list just those two places, so sorry if I am posting in the wrong thread.

Any info on red light districts, girl friendly hotels and other would be awesome to see. Gonna try to work my way back in the thread to see if I can't find the info that I seek. Thanks bors.
