Technically investor or vested interest has some form of profit interest in those entities. As me and my pino pub buddies has none.. we r not as described.

Actually i'm a drinker, can say that all the pub in Johor Jaya & Molek I have been, are me invest on them? im not sure, but nows the day all the drinker look for the cheap beer, can sing song , got pool table and oso get fun in pub, so I think the pino pub like X Box is the best choice.
calulation on normal pub: RM 52.00 / bucket X 3 = RM 156++
calulation on Pino pub: RM 100.00 per 3 bucket nett. add another $4 can buy them 3 LD, but the return is difference from normal pub, as our Bro JJ mention before...

As I say.. we r consumer and budget conscious one at that... we weight the pros and cons and go 4 what we think are comfortable or best value by our own standards of value.

Wat bro jbguy has calculated is based upon the max beer price and the best lowest beer price at the current moment. RM100 per 3bucket nett is promotional all nite long. So we switch from one pino pub 2 the next who offer better deal.

I'm also a drinker, b4 pino oledi spent money at other pub just 2tcss at abt same beer cost. Then I upgrade 2 drinker + cheongster. So pino pub offer the best alternative 4 beer, 4 my Singing (which sucks but who k?), 4 pool game (oso sucks at it) and light cheong (i oso suck but suck nehneh! )

Plus i can lounge at the sofa and watch soccer (some pino pub have some don't) or just get a short shut eyes... sometime a total of 7hrs of relaxation time (8pm-3am). Well tats my bachelor lifestyle!

Recce the place. Go n c the hype abt tis place. 2 shoplot with confirmed 10sets of sofa but i think should be 12. I can't count exatcly because the place is quite dark with a few nook and cranny. Hearsay tat the pub has 50 gals mayb correct depends on the customer turn out. By my rough estimate on the day i recce should be in the range of 35-40gals.

The whole beer cost i do not remember but tiger is RM49.80nett per bucket. Find the gals here 2 business like. Anyway if u find the right gal, BJ is available at I dunno what cost. Probably cost u RM80 (2Lds). But be ready 4 a shock, the activities are done in a semi public place. I was lying in my sofa relaxing looking at live soccer and as my head turn right ... another live show can c face 2 face a pino gal with her boobie stuck in mouth of the guy in the next couch. (she has no expression on face, just the random mono "oh shit.. oh shit) Pls dun think of privacy here hor.

O yah beware of in the middle of something and a flashlight shoot at u... not checking but kns some gal sell snacks.

A bro has run in2 a problem where service promised do not occured at the promised price. So beware of one Ms Nicky.. hot but wily. Still prefer X-box enviro as it is smaller compare 2 coolbox.

They moved i think. Saw a notice in the old place as i passed by in my car. Not second branch. Modus operandi same. Same gals as per X-box, coolbox. Gals rotates location.
