If a protest lasts for months then it will end with nothing, stream lost.... Majority will have no patience to protest for 3 months.... Imagine, u have to be under the sun for 3 months. Eat, shit, pee have to internally "fight", buey sian meh?? End of the day, protesters will also ask, what are they protesting about?

Assume money is not a concern and u dun work.... ask u every nights go same G-club and enjoy, hug different gers, u also sick of it. U are enjoying in air con room with beauties and drinks while protesters under sun....

Bro, my trips last year were also around the THB23-24 rate range. So now if can reach above 26 should be good. Dun intend to change much, probably just SG4k to cover next trip.

If bahts to weaken further, just load more to average.

Just saw a new super rich $$ changer counter setup at the linkway between airport rail link and phaya thai BTS.

Not in operation yet. The counter is empty now, only a signage is put up.


Exchange rate in BKK seems to be fall in since Monday. It's now
25.45, compared to the Monday high of 25.95.

Super rich is at 25.60 and 25.70 (1000 note). THB is still on the retreat due to the political turmoil, so not worthy of entering the market now. The slight drop in rate is due to SGD also weakening in the same period due to the article in NYT about Singapore facing a Iceland-style meltdown. It's knee-jerk and I expect SGD to cross 26.00 by next week.
