Iirc during 6 months check-up they only see if DH got pregnant and AIDS. Then during 2 years working with employer (not sure if same employer or in general) they will check everything. Actually all these meet for money more dangerous because they meet anyone so long as bro is willing to pay. The "safest" one are those who need more sweet talking before meeting them. But down side is most want you to be their BF and possibly marriage.
