Sometimes its not about IF you do or do not have the money. Its about getting apparent value. I am not a believer of paying more then i have to. quite frankly if a someone quotes me $200 and refuses to budge. Im politely going to decline the offer. I am never rude about it. frankly i could afford the difference. question is why should i knowingly be suckered?

You made sense all the way ip to the last statement. Why do you automatically think you are being suckered? Because maybe a top girl asks for $200 or more you think you are being suckered!

I appreciate some girls are worth more than others in terms of service and there definitely are girls worth at least $200.

Again and I do not say this lightly but as has been said here a few times now $200 is not a huge amount of money and as you say you can afford the difference.
