Noted your point. But there reached a stage in the life of WL whereby the money they have earned has already helped them to fulfil their initial goals of helping the family eg. buying a new house, supporting the sister through uni etc. But why the WLs still work after these goals are achieved? Very simple because these type of money is very easy to earn. They become lazy. Why work one month for a mere SGD 200-300 when they can earn that much in GL in one day.They have shifted their needs to their wants now.

I once heard one WL told me during my of my O/N many years back that she must work harder to earn more money as her youth is limited. She had worked in HK and UAE prior to coming to Singapore. She said that in HK and UAE, she only need to serve one client to earn the same amount of money from serving 5 men in GL. I asked her after Singapore where will she work. She said that she will go back to Thailand to work where the rates are even lower. I asked she had not earned enough. She told me the frankest words that a WL can say. "Money who don't want more and this job is very simple and is the only one that can allow me to earn so much within the shortest time other than robbery."

So I don't really respect those who sell bodies for their wants and not for their needs. I just see them as merely service provider. It is just my personal perspective.

PS : as for performing abnormal stunts, the WLs can reject such acts if they don't wanna to do them. If they can and are willing to do so, then they are just better service provider than others. No diff.

Hi PF, having read ur opinion.. its fair enuf that u think of them that way. if its not for the way society has bcome, none of these would have taken place. had that been the case.. sex would've been free (as long as its mutual conscent...)

meanwhile, just make do with whoever the WL/tirak u supporting lor. hopefully, she wouldnt get too acustomed to the comfort of this high risk easy earning job, n make it a life long career. at least i'm keeping my fingers crossed that mine wouldnt return to this line in future.

Only time will tell. Let me tell you a real life story. A fren of mine used to work as a mechanics, drawing a normal pay. He was happy with his life and easily contended with a simple life. He can sit in the coffeeshop and just drink kopi and TCSS. Then he began to learn how to play shares and made a tidy sum. He began to frequent nightclubs and resturants. He was enjoying the good life. But with all gamblers, lady luck doesn't smile at one all the time and he began to lose money. In the end, he was worse off than before. Now he still yearn for the good times but can only settle for the coffeeshop kopi. He said this to me before : Somehow the Tiger beer at the coffeeshop doesn't taste as good as before as you have drank at nightclubs. the conclusion is good and easy life is like drug, once you have tried it, you can't kick the habit. Even if you can't have it, you will yearn and long for it.

I think the only way.... she needs a good reason not to return. whatever the temptations & difficulties she faced.

Question is: Are u THE Reason? If you are not, I think you have very little control over the situation. Kind of like being the archery board instead of the Archer.

One of my ex-regular actually went to USA for same trade after return home 3 months. Most of them will want to fully exploit their youthfulness and earn as much as they can. Unless u can assure them u can take care of their needs and support their family.

Just a food for thought:-

"For every WL (FL, whatever) that one knows, how many more does one not know? Does that qualify one to speak like an expert, w/o really knowing that particular TG (or whatever nationality) in question & her true circumstances?

For that one u mentioned, I dun know her, but I can believe she had not found THE REASON for her to change her life.

This is very normal as I know 1 ex WL who had travelled more than 6 countries to ply the trade,it started in Japan,HK,Sg,Australia,Bahrain,Malaysia.
As you can see from the cycle the younger you start, you will start with the best country available like Japan lastly ending up in Malaysia and I wonder is she still working in Thailand in order to squeeze the last drop of milk available in her system.

Even u can assure to take care of her and the family, how far can you go compare to her earnings from the trade. Unless she really loves you and dun talk about $, then you stand a chance of this tirak fairy tale, if not most likely she will give u up for the $ in the trade.

reason for her to change her life or not...? well, i guess thats all subject to her own judgement n mentality lor. i'm very sure that there's some of them who dread the job, yet cant muster the courage to deny her family...so they just be numb to their own emotions/feelings.

others enjoy the income so much that they already start spending like no tmr(forgeting it could be early ORD if anything bad happens). setting their eyes on better things in life is nt entirely wrong, its just a matter of how far 1 is willing to risk to make things better for self n family. comparing a lifetime of working, to only a handful of yrs in this trade.. the proportion of income becomes the obvious choice.

knowing well that they risk their bodies for property, many other assets, & extravagant merchandises. the income can bring in truckloads of $(after conversion to THB), bt it can also be quickly depleted. only concern is that 1 who's in the flesh trade knows where to draw the line n say enuf is enuf. as long as they dont put their hard earned savings to gd $ generating buisness, bt indulge in expenditure alone... they can sell their bodies for life.. n still go hungry once they stop spreading their legs.

marrying n sponsoring the tirak+family may/may nt be our mission, bt we as tiraks should at least advise them on some other options in life too. (true that education qualification may seem a barrier, bt nobody set a rule/law that being a boss needs PHD or master degree) as long as she's got someone trustworthy ie: tirak, family members, ex-WL sister as buisness partner etc... gd business sense, everything else should fall nicely in place.

or if not.. spend the hard earned $ rationally.. should suffice for her to survive jobless for a good 5-7 yrs - by then, probably married to a gd man n start a happy family liao.

Well... I was in this situation too... I have tried to call her again. Ya... she got pick my call. BUT Main qns, what are u clinging on? I have think and re- think again... Decided to let nature takes it course.

Since i have called her already and she is not going to call me... i just let time decide....

call or dont call is quite obvious aint it? she'd call if she feel like earning your $, she wont if she's got better paying customers. days when biz is dry & slow, she'd be calling everyone in her calling list (sadly u're probably just among the 10s or 20s) if she calls, only to hear your voice or bcos she (trust u enought) seek u as her confidante, i guess thats gd enough as consolation.

there could be extreme cases where she'd feel sorry for nt being able to refund u $ for visiting her, or cases where her priority is "yusof ishak" instead of u. itd only be fair that she make clear her intent- so u dont fall w/o a life line. if u choose to be generous by patronizing her- instead of making contributions to charity, nobody's stopping u.

its nt so much about worth or not, wat really matters is u cherish/enjoy while it lasts. returns & true feelings r just fantasy yet to be realised when she eventually ORD. she's working for the $ now, so u cant blame her if u're truly nt the 1 & only. can go on speculating if u like, bt there's really no way to know her thoughts in depth.

just invest rationale & time (if u can afford it) to see how things turn out eventually. chok-dee na~
