This boy case I feel is more serious, and he has previous convictions as well.
If he is sentenced to at least 6 months RTC, then the boy with 8 charges will very likely get probation.

Normally like this won't charge, even if 2 girls, but just 4 is different, and also acted against the wishes of other 2 girls.
Cannot charge the parents, can only charge the boy.

Feel the 6 months RTC is a reasonable sentence, but does screw up schooling if he is still in school.

I still don't understand how 13-14 year old girls are now so willing to have sex and at public places, staircases...
