I think if the picture taking devise was not taken from you and neither were your particulars taken from you, then you are still safe. Best learn not to keep any of these evidence in your HDD else they can & might turn evidence against you.

why must kena caught then release it is an offence. use eyes see not enough?

Actually it's technically outrage of modesty. You can try to settle your case by offering money to her probably thru lawyers. My friend paid 8k many years back for an incident. Of coz the authorities also has to be notified that the case has reached an agreement to settle with the complainant. Good luck!

This means this offence can be compounded. Some offence cannot be compounded but even molest can be compounded if victim allows so this is not serious case. Like illegal parking is an offence, can be compounded.

6 mths jail at least plus rotan. Sorry to say, take the risk, be prepared to face the consequences....it's the same as everyday life anyway
