confirm NOT true for suvarnabhumi airport nor pattaya, only ard 24.50.

the lowest i got from SG b4 coming over was 24.80 at suntec punggol moneychanger, highest 25.15 at raffles arcade lvl 2.

me in pattaya with a super fair skinned isaan chick still sleeping beside me now

Just change to have enough $$$ to take taxi from Airport to Hotel and makan a bit, the rest then change in Thailand

In general, the rates in thailand are NOT better than changing in SG(arcade, Golden mile rates). You could maybe match it in some places like super rich by using $1k notes but other than that, it is difficult to find any bank money changers giving a higher rates than in SG. This is my experience and I been traveling to bkk every month for a number of years.

Try changing at Siam Exchange or Ratchada Exchange without any notes restriction in Bangkok.
