Till couple of days before April 10 wouldn’t be an issue. Girls go back to there home town only 3 to 4 days before the Ramadan

They don't fast? No problem with work during day time? During Ramadan month it's supposed to be holy month where vice is at its minimal right?

Some fast, some don't follow strictly. During fasting month, just avoid nuzul al quran (which i think is *28 March 2024*) and everything should be normal.
