Bros,

Hows the situation in Hanoi now??? Going there in 2 weeks and getting really excited. How 6 of us got visa from our wives to Hanoi for a week's holiday is nothing short of a miracle!!! Is the Boss KTV still happening? Staying at the Fortuna Hotel. Is there any clampdown by the authorities??? Any private numbers that can be passed on by the experienced cheongsters???? Thanks in advance for the replies.

I may be going to Hanoi for meeting next week for 3days/2 nights. Dates unconfirmed yet.

Can anyone help to confirm if Hanoi Horison Hotel is gal-friendly ?

yup, it's gal-friendly. they can just walk up during the day. At nite, they will need to register at the recept.

Thanks sponge05. Just register and no need to pay extra for room right ? More eager to go now. Likely to be there on Monday till Wed next week and staying in Hanoi Horison Hotel.

hi bro bhelliom,
Boss KTV in Fortuna is still happening! not sure about the clamp-down. I recommeded one of my friends to go there during a 1-night biz trip on Tuesday (21/3) and he sms me back the next morning with "Vietnam is a lovely country!" That sums up the experience, I guess.
