Naga casino has sole right for gambling in Phnom Penh and near area. This issue was more about covid-19 vialation. Karaokes and night clubs can not operate now. Similar raid was on Tuesday night Gold Line Club where police arrested 285 people.

Bro, i was around that area few nights back. Many pubs are opened. Some dare to open lights but most don't dare. Have si beh juay girls all hanging around outside. Wear sexy sexy somemore.

From what I understand, the police still have check these places occasionally. That's why they also don't dare to play music loud loud. My suggestion is you fast in fast out. Don't spend too much time there. Grab a beer, grab a chai and leave.

Yeah that's what I thought also. I only ask because I heard last week there were police in 130/136 there. Feel kinda worried only but yesterday I went it seems business as usual. Some still have lights outside although noticed a few bars removed their signage.

Have anybody went to the bars around 104 area? Before covid it was already pretty quiet. Wonder how it is now with the whole virus situation.

Very quiet in 104th bars. Oscar have some actions when bands are playing. Girls available there too.

I dropped by FishBowl on St. 252 on Tuesday evening around 8ish and was the only customer choosing from at least 20+ girls behind the plexiglass. Paid my $15 with the counter for the room + $50 for the girl. Anyways, it's open!

Back to PNH. My friends jio me go 2 Thai clubs in 2 days. I share my experience here.

1st Place - Coconut.
This place decoration very nice. Looks like a restaurant. Everywhere is table and sofas/chairs. Have live 1 person girl band sing song solo. Girls start to come in from 2130 onwards. If you go there before 2130, 1 Angkor beer is USD 1. Since I am cheapo, I order a lot of beers at 2129 and hold the beer and drink for the rest of the night.

But the moment you sit down they will charge you. If you sit at bar, i think they charge you USD 9. If you sit middle table about USD 26 (I think). Basically, the bigger table you sit, the more expensive you need to book. This amount is not consumable. Means its fixed cost. Machiam entrance fee.

Here the girls are average. I never see anyone that catch my eye. The system they use is casino chips. 1 chip for USD 1. So when you exchange USD 100, you get 100 chips. When the girls sit with you, and they drink, you can give 1 chip. When they play dice and they win, you can give them 2 chips. Basically, you give any amount that you please. There is no fixed rate. I don't know what is the standard amount per night, but my friends and I exchange USD 50 each and gave all away. Finish leow, we left. Dunno if can take out or not. But when I ask around, the standard answer is always: When the girls are working, they must stay in the premises. But what they do after work is up to them. This kind of LJ answer no head no tail. Make what you want of it. Personally I prefer places like PIMP in BKK where everything very clear cut.

2nd place - Flamingo
This one really look like restaurant. have outdoor sitting and have inside sitting. Inside have Thai band. Real band with drums wan. Not 1 person play song on karaoke machine and sing. This one, my friends paid, so I not sure how much the beer. But we ended ordering beer and a lot of food. I think the food not bad. Quite nice. Next time I go I will eat dinner there.

Girls here pretty man. Have a lot catch my eye. Here the system is sell tequila shots. Every time sell 1 tray is USD25. The girls will ask for it so you must ta ley. I ta ley and control my spending so in the end I buy like 2 trays only. If you lose control den you buy a lot of trays.

Bros can check out both places. But I recommend go Flamingo 1st. There more happening den Coconut.

Heard Sihanouk have gan juay Thai girls these days. Will check it out if have clients bring me....
