Just back from Xian. Called 3 KTV to ask for status and all 3 report out of action. Even the 2 spa (with full service) have closed or just offer normal massage. Looks like the Big Wind from Guangdong have also affected Xian.
Was told this situation may last for quite a while.

I stayed there some time back and they do offer "Cough cough".

I do not believe they will dare risk it at this time due to the on-going anti vice raids.

You can always call the extension to the spa from your room to ask. Say you were there before and have used their service.

The spa would definitely be closed. You can TRY to call for service to your room. Try not to get your hopes up too much.

All I could get at Ziction was an overpriced mediocre chinese massage plus an overpriced handjob. Massage was 218 (she wanted to upsell to a sweedish massage, no way!), and quite below average. The girl wanted 500 for HJ, I got her down to 200. No touching her allowed and no tits shown: "if you want to see tits, it's 500". Gosh, for 500 I could get full service in Xi'an! After completion, I started regreting wasting my precious seminal liquid with her.
Anyway, the hotel is also overpriced: you need to pay a superior room at 710 if you want a non-smoking room, and the room has nothing special.
Next time I will not follow my partners recommendation and deal myself with expedia or booking.com

just curious, those joints mentioned earlier in the 2006-2010 period, are they still around?

when i went in 2006 following the instructions in the forum, i think i went yang guang.

it is amazing, cheap and good and yes u can do it in the little side room inside the ktv room itself.
