Lady V keeps bowing her upper body towards the Japanese client as the client walks into the hotel lobby

She opens the door and sat at the other side of the car this time.

V: hello Charles , how are you ? ... She ask.

Straight away I change my mode.... To a more casual mood.

Me: I am very good , are we heading to St Rxxxx.

V: yes , but let's have lunch together . I eat a lot I when I am stress.

Me: what would you Like ?

V: I would like to try some hawker food. Any good ones ?

Me : alright. Leave it to me...

Headed straight to tg halt hawker centre. I parked the car at the open air car park.

Me: wait inside the car, I will buy the food and come back.

After ten minutes I came back to the car. I drove to a quiet spot nearby. I push both the front seats forward to allow more room space for the rear.

V: hey we can just eat at the hawker centre....

I gave her the look And make my way to the back seat with her.

me: u sure? There is no air con. It warm and stuffy . You clothes will stink after that. They are ppl standing next to yr table wanting to take over your seat. U really want that?

V: hahaha , Charles u know me that well Har?

I pushed up the back seat armrest and place newspaper on the seat.

Me: come try some of these.....as I took the chopsticks and place it right into her mouth.

V: this is so yummy.... Yeah this fried noddles is famous down here.

We finished up the food and catch up for awhile before driving off.

" hey Charles that is your block right ?" .... Lady v pointed

Yup... I said.

v: " it looks very run down"........ "why don't you come stay At my place. I got a vacant 2bedroom apartment off River Valley. It's under my name And is fully paid for."

I tap the brakes lightly... and the car jerk.

V : Charles, Opportunity like this don't come often....

Me : let me think abt it ok ?

V: sure.

Experiences tells me if someone is sincere about something, they usually will repeat it again to you. This is my way of testing it out, without being rude and reject the offer straight away.

V: by the way the Japanese client will be heading out tonight, you help me entertain him alright. I got to rush through the proposal before the dateline. Here this should be enough to cover tonight expenses. ... She places a thick envelope on the front seat arm rest.

The car reaches the hotel driveway and she walks in straight away. I drove slowly back home... " opportunity like this don't come often" .....hmmm I am very sure there is a hidden meaning behind it....

These words keep repeating in my mind.

I grab a can of beer and head to my sofa .... Trying my best to put the chain of thoughts together.

I felt asleep and was waken by the sound of my doorbell.

It was Siti .

S : " here you go I got you a new bed sheet" .... She step in and went straight to put on the sheets.

Me: thanks Siti.

S: abang you look very tired ... You should not work so hard... You should used your money to work for you like ....buy insurance or buy shares.

Me : That's it I say out loud.

I went up to Siti and kiss her on her cheeks . Siti was stunt.

I took my HP and call my friend.

Me : hello Suresh , is me charles can you spare me 30 mins of your time ? Great lets meet at old marina sq car park. See you then.

Me: sorry Siti I need to head out to meet a friend.

S: ok.... And she took her leave.

I saw a car coming and highbeam the on coming car. The car highbeam backed.

Suresh open the door and sat down on the front seat.

Me: how's it going ?

S: not too bad. So what's it you want to ask me?

Me: bro I need you to check on this YYYY company shares for me.

S: bro thAts is a lousy share to trade lah ....is going at..... Only 50cents plus ... As he stare into his iPhone.

Me: is going up. That share will trade above the 2 Dollar mark.

S: no way lah... 2 dollArs ... Ok ok how lot u want ? One lot two lots ?

Me : I don't know what lot, I only know pArking lot . I want to pump in 50 thousand dollars.

S: don't be crazy bro. That is MADNess . That company is going to collapse any time.

Me: suresh listen to me I am very sure. This company is going to be bought over by another company soon if don't act we will miss the boat ! If you don't help me out I can always find another broker.

S: hmm... Let me think abt it and make some calls...

Me: bro ..keep it low key.

Suresh head out of the car Light up a cigarette and was on his HP.

After ten minutes suresh came in.
