Well not trying to defend her pr something. Just paid her visit a couple days back and she does keep track of all her appointments.

Checked with her and she was the whole day at the hospital today, so probably didn't bring her work phone. Probably that's why you didn't get replies and confirmation.

Again, probably just bad luck that you caught her on a bad day. Regulars pretty much can verify the poor health thingy. And that's something that cannot be controlled.

It's been my habit to ignore those girls who have gained certain level of popularity (a.k.a. ang-pai) but I have yet to visit. Most of them would reserve the slots and the good service for their regulars.
