No I dun think u can transfer from sg to china bank without paying processing fee.

I think what coolmank means is if u always transfer money to china account, need to pay $18 each time. So if u got a china bank acct, u can transfer one big amount into it or bring a suit case of rmb to despoit in bank like addidas. From there u do Internet transfer between china bank acct.

Pls b careful when u change there. I received a few fake notes last time when I was enticed by the "better than parkway parade" rate. Mayb I was not lucky.
