But your best bet would be having a friend that can speak korean to ask them over the phone. And going with a friend that is korean helps alot. I remember when i went to Pearl (near Yeoksam station), they told me that they do accept foreign customers (caucasian) but they charge an extra fee between 30,000 to 40,000 won for foreigners. So expect to pay around that much in other places.

Thanks a lot for the info, Bro! The remaining problem is how to find websites and phone numbers for these places. I did a google search, but this didn't fish-out too much. For example, Google says:

but shows pics of a sushi restaurant at this address. Is this it? Does Fish have a website? I did find Cain's website at gain.kir.jp (Nihon-go only), but it doesn't list a phone number. Any Bros here can help with info?

These are not a scam. They provide what they advertise. I've been to these kind of places with Koreans and they were a blast. It can get pretty raunchy. Raunchy as Thailand? No. But raunchy for Korea.

However, the establishments that service foreigners have a special lineup of women who will see non Koreans. These women are a hit or a miss. Do not expect the same level of wild times if you are a solo foreigner. Also not be surprised if the girls are not all Korean. A lot of Chinese and Thai women are making their way into salons that cater to foreigners. In my humble opinion, if you have the cash to burn, go just for the experience. However, if there is something else you can spend the money on, then pass.
