CM2, spasso , club 87(conrad hotel) are places you can find FL . but i feel cater to mostly farangs. Qbar and Bedsupper can also find FL but they prefer farang customers. but Bed & Qbar, you might lucky there too. 1 thing is that their cover is quite expensive . Bed -700 bht , qbar -600 bht.

the rest like santika, baryan tree, curve, muse, inch,song salueng etc are places where the crowd is local. there are many hot babes here, but there are also many hunks there(competition). chances of ONS is not high unless you look like tom cruise or can speak Thai. for those where time is a limited commodity, might not be wise to go here, unless you are OK with going bk empty handed. otherwise, i have had good fun at these places and managed to get a few phone numbers for follow up the next day.

there is one place- scratch dog at windsor hotel , sukhumvit soi 20 which open tilll 4am . many girls who finish work from massage parlours, G club etc like to go there to relax . might got chance for ONS here
