Buy toilet paper is not for pangsai.... for Hubei & HK people to buy toilet paper is rational because they need the toilet paper to line as filter on their used surgical mask so as to be able to reuse those masks again. They had to resort to this due to the shortage of masks there.

But kiasu people in SG just follow blindly and buy without knowing the true purpose and no real shortage of masks here unlike PRC or HK.... really hopeless goondus.
