Why are PRC women usually possessive of their bf/husband?

I think all ladies are possessive, it is the source and type of possessiveness that makes the difference. So its not an 'on/off' switch per se, cos every women would have it switched to 'on'. I believe PRC ladies tends to be more reactive, and it seems to affect them more drastically if you dun perform to standard (as in to give trust). And there is a higher chance of them being agressive when threatened rather than to use bitter-meat strategy (Ku Rou Ji).
