Let me share my own experience:-
1) Paid for adultfriendfinder

Many girls there who are there for sex, most of them are 40s or late 30s those. A lot of time wasters. I don't understand why would girls go to a website that is damn obvious for sex, and prefer to chat only.
A few are in for the money, asking for $500 or more per sesson.
And, sadly speaking, the few horny ones who are very keen to meet, are rather... "curvey".

the biggest site for married pple, also the biggest disappointment.
lots of girls with face photos, big giveaways that they are scammers or paid FL. (if married singaporean girls can afford not to be discreet, then they don't even need to be on this site)
those with cropped photos, does not take a genius to figure out the photos are too well taken.
I don't think I will go for this.

lots and lots of scammers

my experience with sugarbook is
- many young and good looking girls but looking for platonic dates only. some 'promise' of sex after at least a few meet ups first, but end up they are out to earn the per meet deals only and no intention to proceed to intimacy

- many 'scammers', very obvious, if the name has a first and last name or if the photo is photoshoot kind, 99% is fake

- there are also real pretty girls, but they ask for more than 1k per meet kind

- small minority, can go to bed with at least 600-700 range.

So, really got to filter and be patient. And guys have to pay subscription to message girls.
