Rania Hasna Rachel Lim claimed that you can make $1m in 10 years from just $5000. That is simply untrue because to qualify for a down payment of $5k, the quantum of your property has to be $33.333k max, assuming the minimum down payment of 15% for a HDB flat.

Also, how can you buy a property for only $33.333k in Singapore?

I used to view property and meet different property agents (u can find their profile on property sites) so i can chat with them and then ask them out - success rate is low of course and also u need to have patience with them or if hunting is the kick you are looking for.

most of them will stop comms the moment they know u r not interested in the property - the few that dont stop, thats your chance.

been there done that with several agents (young and mature ones) - one of them is my FB till today (but we only meet like every few months to fuck)
