That's why it would be better to talk to Neigbhours n ask if there are different men knocking at the door frequently. Police raid, landlord sure kena asked to go down for interview. Landlord must put a clause to get tenant not to engage in criminal activities. Make sure the tenants got valid pass or visa or work permit, etc.

It is the duty if the landlord to occasionally check on the tenants and make sure that there is no illegal activities going on in the flat.
