I do not advise people to quit KTV. Because it mean we have to lose one brother in SBF.

wan chiong can chiong. but let wat ever happen in the ktv stay in it. dun bring any feelings home. onli hv feelings on things tt happen outside the ktv. if u really wanna stop, develop relation with a ktv gal OUTSIDE the ktv. if it works, she sure noes how to stop u

IMHO, i feel that is not the matter of can or cannot quit. Is actually want or don't want. If your will of quitting is strong, there's nothing can stop you 'cos you control yourself eventually.

I used to soaked in ktv few years back. Agreed that you will feel like in heaven and forget abt everything. But at the end of the day, you'll get nothing. But instead, you lose a lot of things. So i decided to give it a stop and now the most i cheong HC, GL & TN.

Another example is smoking. Many people say smoking is addiction. But to me is just a habit. I just quit smoking for half a year. In the beginning of cos very hard as it is a routine since i picked up 15 yrs ago. I used to tell myself that since i started to smoke, why quit. But now i realised that i'm wrong. So i decided to quit smoking too.

Summarise what i say is anything can be done, just a matter of want or don't want. Just my few cents worth........
