hi,

Well, I guess it all boils down to how does one actually look, or 'bio', at these girls.

However, I shan't go as far as to comment that if one dresses to titillate, it is assumed as an invitation to stare/glare/ogle/etc.

I mean, if one so happens to be dressed, and behaves, in a absolutely irritating manner that simply irks the hell out of you, ... does it mean he/she is sending out an invitation to be caressed by your fists?

Anyway, if one is to look in an 'admiringly' manner as opposed to a 'ti-ko' manner, I believe the ladies would be pretty receptive. And it doesn't hurt to follow that up with a smile.

Ideally is to look at a lady in a 'lustfully-yet-tastefully' manner!

Recall an incident yesterday. MY sch has this high overhead bridge which i had to cross daily. Whilst i was climbing up, there was this bitch in a extremely short denim skirt (its was rely short, ard 9-10 inches maybe?) walking down. As she strolled down the stairs, the front view of her crotch (black panties) was entirely visible to everyone walking up.. There were easily a bunch of 10 guys plus many ppl ard the stairs. Does she enjoy showing her undies that much?
