I dont know abt ginger man but i kaypo abit and put my top 5.

my five top picks are
1: Raffles hotel - Bar & Billard rm sunday brunch with their exclusive Billecart - Salmon Champagne
2: Good wood park - Coffe lounge high tea
3: Mandarin Oriental - Melt cafe Sunday brunch
4: Park Royal Bugis - Sichuan dou hua lunch buffet
5: Fullerton - Chocolate buffet ( for sweet tooth peeps)

My picks are:

1) The line: has a really nice spread, especially their seafood night
2) Si Chuan Dou Hua: Ala carte chinese style buffet, fish is fresh, and prawns are big and fresh too.. too bad portion quite big so not recommended for 2-3 pax.
3) 333: really nice spread
4) Shin Yuu: really fresh sashimi, I don't think I've eaten any fresher in sg.
5) Barossa: Their wed/sun steak buffet is the best... but now hard to book coz alot of people bought the groupon deal.

looking to try out bar & billards at Raffles hotel, as well as one-ninety. But these are quite pricey.

I think Brazil is better than carnivore... u should try at 6th ave.
