i think its all about the GFE experience. Some men seek outside feeding because the wife no longer provide that GFE.

Without GFE it feels like a transaction, shoot and go, all you are left with is a kind of void.
Even if the FL has GFE, deep inside you also know that its just another business deal to her.

The mind is the largest sex organ. However, even though mind > body, it is the heart (emotions) that will propel the experience/pleasure/contentment.
