One link said sex during menstration is perfectly alright and will not lead to health problems but I just don't feel right doing it during that time......iccky.... For me, I don't think there' any safe window to do raw. In any way, getting the girl pregnant or getting HIV, there's the risk there. So always play safe unless you want to become a father..

Hi, I am using a menstrual calander to calculate the monthly for my gf and to help us keep track of the safe period and seems quite good. i shall share over here.

Lets that the first day of period as day1

Day1 - Day 7 (safe period) but not advisable to have intercourse during mens.
Day 8 - Day 14 ( Not Safe) Ovulation normally during the 14th day. And fertile window is just a short 24hrs.
Day 18 onwards is mostly safe.

This depends on the lady's body condition. For my gf she has a pretty accurate period so it is safe for us to use this method of calculation.
