I have a problem here .

I am trying to return points to some brothers, but the system does not allow.
Error message is (you must spread the points around before giving to XXX again).

I tried for a few days, the same message appear again and my record shown I had not given points to these brothers.

They are: loneyheart, Linkus, Rasta Marley, ah rat, shctaw, Hurricane88.

Any wise man out there to enlighten me? Thank you.

NOTE: Please don't up me now, as I still have a list to clear.

Return at your convenience! Meaning you have not spread enough rep to others before u can up these ppl the second time!
