I don't know about the time that the gals need to come back for other house, so cannot comment.

Before Covid, JM14 got one day that they closed for each month. Now don't have liao.

Just like working in a company, if you see that most of the employees are relatively new but the company has been around for a long time, you know that most probably you will not stay long in this company.

Last time they will closed every last wednesday of the month bacause OKT & WLs need to go down to AV for interviews, counselling, watch videos or listen to talks by DSC etc.
Now this requirement has been scrapped so no need to close for the day.

Its all about $$$$.... with the higher prices for FLs / WLs common everywhere in LOS now... it makes sense for these GL WLs to cut short their stint and go back to LOS where they can earn more..... considering they only earn $25 per customer in GL.

Yes, of course $$ is important. But for JM14, I feel that they are too strict on the gals. If the boss were to give more welfare to the gals like other houses, I believe the gals will stay longer.

1. Can use handphone while waiting but must put it down when customers appears at the entrace.
2. Maybe 2 off days that they can come back by 11pm or 12am. Like this, they can get to experience some nightlife and night scenary of Spore.
