Truth is, Santos st quality is more on the low side. Sometimes you may find a decent one that was fresh off from the provinces. I have found a few gems here but they are more the exception rather than the norm. So just have to have a little luck on your side as the turnover rate is very high here among the younger providers. Now the older ones seem to never change and I've been going here for many years and seeing the same faces. Santos also open earlier so when nothing to do during the early afternoon, can't hurt to just walk around here.

So on average I would rate the scales as follows (from best lookers to worst):

Fields---follow by Perimeter----follow by gals in the discos (Skytrax), as this is a sum of all the areas but were not chosen yet----then the Subdivision area (near the Casino area)---then Santos St---and lastly the SW near Santos.

But having said that, you will also find that Santos often live up to its name --It's not called "Blow Row" because of the whale watching (although I have seen a few "whales" there

So give it a try as its cheap enough to do so, including the beers as its also cheaper there.

The new place is Golden Nile...... nothing to do with Blue Nile...... the owner Linda Graham used to own the Clarkton Hotel before selling it when Mt. Pinatubo erupted...... she's back in AC starting all over again.

Yikes! Didn't expect to be flamed by big brothers here for the tipping issue... Hahaha.... just kidding. Well, yeah, I guess it is part of the learning process. After I had finished typing the previous report and uploaded it in the forum, I decided to go wandering again. Some of my friends also caught up with me at the hotel's lobby and we decided to venture out together.

First stop was Crystal Palace. Nothing of much fancy. Girls quantity is OK (around 25) but the quality is poor. Not much of a show was going on as well. After finishing 1 SML, we moved on. We walked in to Dollhouse (they are both connected), just passing by to get to the main street. We woke up and gathered at the hotel lobby at around 10:00 am and went off to SM Mall for breakfast and shopping. Spent around 5 hours shopping (geez.... I had never shopped for that long in my life.... I mean, I am the "know what I want, go in, buy and go out" type of person). Got back to the hotel around 4:30 pm. Another of our friend just arrived and checked in to the same hotel. Sat around and chatted in his room. At 6:00 pm, we started our journey in Field's Ave again....

I always had fond memories of Gecko's. The bar had always been very warm (as in friendly, not talking about the weather!). We went in and.... well, the girls are still very friendly, but certainly ain't looking good at all. Maybe too early? I wonder.... finished our 1 SML and left, feeling disappointed. We went into another couple more of the small bars and got similar experiences (we never even ordered a beer. just walked in, look around and left).

Then we went into Typhoon. This bar seems a bit more alive and have more girls, being one of the medium sized bars. There are about 30 girls dancing, split into 2 groups. One group will be parading / dancing on the center stage, while the other group of girls will go to their resting room upstairs. We were watching the girls doing their stuff when a tequilla girl came to our place and asked if we would like to have shots of tequilla. My friend had a wicked idea and told the girl, we can buy the tequilla, but she must drink together with us. The tequilla girl obviously agreed. BUT she had no idea what my friend had in mind... When the drinking game started, my friend said the condition of the drinking game is that the person who drinks the tequilla must lick the salt & lemon off ANOTHER PERSON'S BODY. All hell broke loose as the girl was taking turn popping tequilla and licking the lemon & salt off our bodies, our lips (french kissing), our necks & our ears! Around 9:00 pm, we went in to Dollhouse bar. There is a big bench in front of the main entrance which happens to the empty, so we were seated there. After we left Dollhouse, we walked pass Carousel and wondered to ourselves, why we never actually went in to this bar before in our previous visits. None of us knows why. We looked at each other and said "Why not?"

By this time, our friend who barfined the tequilla girl from Typhoon had returned to join us, without the girl. We asked what happened? He told us as soon as they reached the hotel room, she threw up. Hahaha.... he just threw her onto the bed, cleaned up the mess and joined us. That was funny.... we said "Now you have a rice wine chicken in your bedroom" (p/s: for none chinese cheongsters, rice wine chicken is a soup cooked with chinese rice wine and chicken).

Carousel Bar was packed! We were seated on a small round bar table away from the stage. We saw a few lookers on the stage. There were around 30 girls in the bar also. Same as in Typhoon, there were split into 2 groups, taking turns dancing on the stage. But what attracted us were the 3 girls sitting next to the stage. They were not in bikinis (unlike the girls on the stage), but they do have numbers and tags on them. We asked the mummy who are these girls and mummy told us they are tequilla girls... wow! all of us have twinkles in our eyes again! This time, the tequilla game is no longer 1 girl vs. 5 guys, but it is 4 girls vs. 5 guys (3 tequilla girls + 1 girl my friend barfined from Dollhouse).
