Oh gosh yes, that's been the Romeo style even before the red hair dye guy was around. It's damn bloody slow to get back your change. Yup, the change problem there. Easy solution is buy stuff from the mama shop outside and get change for drinks. If you give 50 for a beer you are screwed as it'll take forever to get change if at all
