Ya female panty cannot cover when erect. The material not tight. Once erect whole dick will come out. Not really comfortable

Don’t get the Low waist ones bcos your penis and balls can stay inside. High waists ones still ok. N getting a size or two down might be gd as the tightness can ‘hold things in place’ !
