Well still brunei. Here beside the vast supply of crude oil, there are basically nothing to talk about. Women=nil, beer=nil, pork=nil, entertainment=NIL!

Now i am sending this mail from an island of sabah. It is located about 45mins of fast craft ride from Muara of Brunei. This island is none other than Labuan.
Now with a few collegues of mine. 2 UK fellow and 1 brunei chinese. Tonite this chinese is going to show us what makes labuan a popular place for bruneian and locate malaysians as what he claims.

Sigh...it's not that I dun want to tackle on her lah. It's just that I am currently in overseas job assignments lah. Between woman and money, I will definitely choose money first.

We still exchange sms and msn of cse. In fact she tried to rush home so that she can meet me up online whenever I am free in the evening after my work. of cse I was greatful of her gesture of making time for us online.

I was finally back on Friday morning from Brunei after 3 weeks of job assignment there.

Immediately gave May a call as a form of report. Ring ring...

Me:"Hello..."
May:" I know it must be you!"

Me:"So smart meh you?"
May:"Of course lah! hehehe."

Me:"So wanna meet me for dinner in the evening?"
May:"Hmmm...see how lor."

Me:"huh...? What's there to see?"
May:"Depends on what u going to compensate me for MIA for so looooooong!"

Me:"Oh....then like that i go missing again lor."
May:"U dare to go?! Then guarantee that u won't see me in future liao!"

Me:"Ok lar ok lar. Nest time MIA will tell u hor."
May:"Hmmm...thats better. hahaha."

Me:'Ok this evening i shall meet u near your office ok."
May:" Ok...see ya."

With a happy heart I left the airport and head back to home.


24/02/06 1830hrs.

Reached her workplace. However i received a sms from her telling me that she was kinda held-up by some work. Ok no choice but to wait lor. While waiting for her, as usual, my eyes were roaming around looking at girls.

24/02/06 1925hrs.

Finally she was out of her office. Her face looks abit haggard and tired.

Me:"Hello...."
May:'U think u making a phonecall to me huh? Hello......?

Me:" Polite mah."
May:" Yes mr nice guy.....me very tired. So exhausted from the work. Finally it's weekend, can relax liao."

Me:"Yah lor. And specially when i am right here with you hor."
May:" Yah lor. some one to let me nag and vent frustration. hahaha."

Me:"Excuse me..... I dont' want to be your stress-ball hor!
May:"Aiyah....i have so much to tell you. We shall talk about it later during dinner."

Me:"Ok....so what do wanna have dinner?"
May:"hehehe....i have plan for the evening. We shall have Japanese food then we proceed down to Siglap for Haggen Diaz. How's about that for u."

Me:" Let's go"
May:" Yeh....."

Off we go in the taxi to our Japanese restaurant in ECP.

Back to our dinner time.

Reached ECP after a 15minutes cab ride from her workplace. Reached the japanese restaurant and realised that it was kinda crowded. Noticed that there were a group of japanese tourist and among them there were some rather chio japanese gals. But i paid little attention to them lah cause i have my chioest May by my side. After waiting for about 10minutes, we were finally usher to our seats.

May ordered a Eel bento set for dinner whereas I order a salmon bento sets and some sashimi. While waiting for our food, we chatted. The topics were rather plain, about my work overseas blar blar blar...

May:" So did u look for any girls there?"
Me:"What? U want me to get hand-cuff then rotan there huh? The malay girls cmi lah. Some can see but cannot touch."

May:" So did u think of me?"
Me:"Urrrr....what do u think neh?"

May:"I don't know... I am not ur brain."
Me:"Yah lor... me also dun know why i want to spent time msn with you when i was there hor?"

May:"hehehe...cause u have alot of time mah, scared that u are lonely, so me no choice but to keep u company. Me very great hor.?"
Me:" So what should I do to repay your kindness huh?"

May:"Dinner on you lor. Then later dessert also u. hehehe."
Me:"U are welcome."

Me:"Oh yah....Have you received that email?"
May:"What email?"

Me:"U don't act blur hor. U think i don't know u have received that email already? It has a acknowledgement email sent to me when u have received it."
May:"Since you know already why u still ask me huh?"

Me:"What I mean is do u like the e-card?"
May:"Chye....not bad lah." ( Her face was wearing a very sweet, girlish smile)

Me:"huh...not bad only?"
May:" hmmmm....To be frank with you.... Thanks alot."

Me:"Why thanks me?"
May:"Becos.....this is the first time someone send a valentine e-card to me. I love the card very much especially the message. Do u type the message urself or u copy from somewhere?"

Me:"Of cse it's from me. Are u sure this is the first time u received such a e-card?
May:"Yah.

Me: I know why liao. Because u so rough and tomboyish, thats why nobody regards u as a girl and therefore no one gave u valentines' gift.
May:" U bet. By the way, my male colleague whom i have mentioned to you, he gave me something on that day.

Me:" Urrr....i see."
May:"Don't u want to know what he gave me?"

Me:"Of cse I want to know but i am afraid you will say I am a busybody and a kaypoh."
May:"He gave me a bouquet of flower with a message asking me to be his valentine." Also he invited me for a dinner that evening."

Cold sweat came rushing down my spine when I heard that. My confidence was kinda shaken! So i continued asking more.

Me:"So did u go eventually that evening?"
May:"Urrrr.....i went with him. But I am to tell you immediately after that dinner but u were not avaliable online that night.

Me:"sorry....i was occupied with work that day. Why don't u called me instead?"
May:"I know that since you were not online u must be busy. So that's why I never called u."

Me:".....so did u enjoy?
May:"I was kinda in a fixed on whether to go. But after much consideration that since we are going to see each other everyday in the office, it will be better to go then reject him straight away right to his face."

Me:" I see...."
May:"But all i have to say is that i was very uncomfortable during the entire dinner. Keep looking at the time and hopeful that it will end fast. But he just keep talking and seems trying to buy time for it. Sigh.... He even ask me to be his girlfriend. But I reject him straight away."

Me:"How did u reject him?"
May:"I just told him that i have a boyfriend liao."

Me:"Haha...but aren't u afraid that he finds out that u are actually single?"
May:"Aiyah i don't think he will be that extreme lah."

Me:" Who knows?"
May:"I was darn worry when I rejected him. He kept asking if I am bluffing him. He even ask me to consider him if I break off with my boyfriend.

Me:"Wah...he's good man. What else did he say?"
May:"Oh yah....when he talked about himself and his car, he asked me whether my boyfriend drives or not. I told him my boyfriend doesn't own a car. Then he added that he can't imagine not having a car to travel around especially with a pretty gilr like me!Outrage remark man!"

Me:"Aiyah...some guys just like to boast mah. Just ignore lor. But will u choose a guy based on whether if he has a car?"
May:"Crazy....so what if he has a ferrari? If I don't have feeling with him I won't even consider him. I am not a materialist girl hor."

Me:"hehehe...that's why u r a very special girl to me."
May:"Is it? Thank you."

We chatted furthermore before our dishes were served. We spent about 1 hr and a half at the restaurant savouring our dinner before proceeding to hargen diaz for dessert.
