Its a give and take situation...she must KNOW that if she leave hers nite scene job, she will not be able to sustain her present lifestyle....so it all boils down to a simple fact...how setermined is she to leave the nite scene? If she really wants to leave, she will be able to rough it out for the initial YEAR at least...u can help buffer to ur comfort level.

If she is not willing to rough it out....there is no point talking more..simply..becoz her heart is not in it....so even if u open flower shop....G club....hair saloon or MP....it will still not work becoz she will quit...

Think abt it....and talk to her....u will kniow by then how this is going along...

Saloon not easy la, my friend paid more than 200000k baht to requisite a salon in suttisan witnichai for her girl, business is bad these days. If u have the money i suggest u buy over 7/11 or family mart franchise rights it is more feasible. Still saving money tho..

Bangkok is too competitive these day... opening in other changwats the start up cost is lower, ask uncle yong he just bought a bangalow in mae sai.... cost less than a million baht together with his 4 rai of land compare to a studio apartment in bkk which cost at least 1.5k million baht

At the present moment, I can say she's fairly determined, and has previously reiterated her willingness to downgrade. She has told me she is ok with 25,000 to 30,000 baht a month. In any case, I spoke to her about the flower shop / hair saloon idea, and she's thankful but skeptical. Typical of her then - she talked a little about the current economic and political situation in Thailand now and came to her own conclusion that a business venture at this stage of the downturn probably won't work.

I take it she's more than willing to rough it out, but there just isn't a platform right now for her to do that.

All of a sudden I've become "Romeo Charmaine"? Romeo always gets his girl - I'm just a typical sadfuck trying to make emotional ends meet.

I'm heading down to Bangkok twice within the next month, but I'm going to have my hands pretty much tied up with the stuff I need to settle with my girl. Even if we do meet up I won't be able to do the MP / P4P scene. Maybe clubbing..
