Hotel driver asking for ciggy money fm okts are the norm. Tats y at times u hear okts asking tamus "wu chia or taxi boh". Hope tat clear watever doubts concerng comm collected by hotel drivers. Agree though tat some hotel drivers do collect comm like outside supirs. But not all ya.

A bit more info I have for the bros here to consider when tipping your ceweks.
Ceweks don't get paid on a day to day or even on a monthly basis.. Those on contract only get their pay at the end of the contract which I believe is 6 months. Their papis will only send money out of their pay back to their kampong. So basically ceweks survive mostly on tips earned form customers till end of their contract. So if the girls service is satisfactory do be nice.
For those who tip the girls 2k or 5k, you might as well don't. (yes, such people exist, I'm suprised myself).

I believe they are able to obtain cash advance from their boss against their "salary" held by the boss. That's the practice in Batam. Is it same in Balai?

But, if cewek service good, tip them a bit. 70k is less than $10 and helps you to "somehow guarantee" a better experience when you book them again. Isn't that what we want when we go these places?

U can trust ur drivers like abang adik, ah hia ah tee. But it wld be wiser to keep certain distant, imo. Juz rem tis..they r earng a living n u are their paymasters.

From the "interview" I conducted to educate myself, it depends on the boss and on the cewek in question.. And normally this "advance" is a cut taken from the money they send back to their family. So for that month the money sent back will be lesser.. But honestly speaking, even their earnings also not really a lot when you compare the time they spend with their tamus..
I give big tips to excellent service providers but I'm not at liberty to reveal the amount or not sure tio blast for spoiling market.. But so far only 1 cewek has ability to make me fork out this amount..

All joint cewk regardless balai or batam, all can kasbon (advance pay) their money from joint, amount that they can kasbon will depend on amount they earn. Normally 1, or 2juta per month is allow. Also can kasbon to buy hp. The okt will ask shop name and model and go buy for her. Of course the okt will charge more, 1juta hp, okt may charge her 1.2juta. Kasbon 1.2juta. Contract all 6 months, after 6 months, count total and deduct kasbon. And okt sure eat a bit more. One gal average can help okt earn 60juta in the 6months contract.
