S'pore govt already said they have the proper travel documents and the shipping company is liaising to get them back. SAF did not lose the Terrexs. It is just Chinese govt trying to make things difficult because they are unhappy that S'pore did not side them over various issues recently. And the Terrex APCs are unarmed, not like a tank or mobile rocket launchers which are offensive equipment so SAF don't really need to spend extra money to ship them by air.

Did I say the SAF soldier loses the Terrexs ? Think you need to learn how to read properly . I only say if SAF soldier loses " his equipment " he will be court martialled . If they really have the travel documents in good order why was the Terrexs impounded ? Why can't the SAF use its own logistics to ship the Terrexs back directly to Singapore ?

Not sure if this is true or not. Heard from a friend that work in Bt Gombak saying some time ago a chinaman was detained by the SPF for some offence. It turned out that he is employed by the PRC embassy here. He is not senior enough so does not have diplomatic immunity and is now on bail pending instructions from the AGC. My friend says the PRC embassy wants the SPF to drop charges against this man. Dunno if this is related to the Terrex situation?
