From the clues, what I know hotel Grand Paradise is very old and ongoing refurbished. This hotel also has carpark basement which the entrance from small path in between police station and this hotel. However if I'm not wrong this hotel only has 7 storey unless the secret fireman lift buttons show it has 8 storey lol.

lol all these suspense is making this place exciting. I not interested to go one, also become interested to check out the place.

from the comments in the last few pages, it seems like the building is old with lots of glass panels and near a carpark. but i've never been on this road or JB for 1-2 yrs already. need to go on field to see, so i could hardly be right lol.

anyway the rates are so crazily cheap if the girls are pretty with good service. good luck all.

It only serves up to 7 stories and most of the rooms above are abandoned. Meaning you will see door knobs are gone missing.

But there is certainly one fat ugly chick with bad customer service next to ONE Hotel. Known as Hong Kong hotel. Need to walk upstairs. Seems like there are quite a number of SYT inside the rooms.

Quite interesting to find this place. Along Jln Meldrum there is only 4 buildings are above 6th storey:-
1) JB Central
2) Citrus Hotel
3) Grand Paradise
4) The unknown building beside carpark

I just thinking that this place should keep in low profile and its make sense.

Obviously there were some misleading clues by some bros that made us bros hunting ducks with no prize.

For example, hotels with basement:
JA Hotel, New Hotel, Merlin Central Hotel

Hotels with 3 lifts in lobby:
Central Hotel

Hotels requiring access cards to access floors:
None. All hotels can be accessed without card.
This is the fucking stupid clue left by one of the bros.

Hotels that have an access at the rear:
New Hotel, JA Hotel, Merlin Tower

Hotels that have individual CCTV In front of each girls room:
Got. But it's not a hotel. It's 2 storeys above the police office opposite the police station. Another misleading stupid clue left by one of the bros.

Read a few posts in the cina forum advising members NOT to post in SBF as they claim that inside here is infested with cops and informers. The advice is not just for this 141 location but about other joints too..... as it is too coincidental that after information is posted the joints get busted or visited by the cops for "benefits".
