Yes. Makes you very busy. It was like this for me for a while. Not enough time to meet all and certainly no time to cheong and got loss out in the cheonging scene. I have 2 one BR and 1 two BRs at Sea Residences which is opposite for sale. All on high floors and with auspicious unit numbers for sale. I have also another one BR in Salcedo Village along Valero Street for sale. It's on the high floor and comes with car park.

As for Cebu, I suggest you look at Citra di Mare. The Oasis there is too highly priced. Wait for bargain resale or later developments.
