Nope confirmed chop signed guaranteed not true, no way she can get PR or even re-entry into Sinkapor if she have been convicted before once you are jailed for any criminal offences here you shall be repatriated upon release and if you do happened to already have PR status then it shall be revoked

Thought if they are convicted, they can still return to Sin after a period of maybe 3 years?

Not the same, kena check then ask to go back would be under immigration offences, kena convicted of criminal offences like cheating (e.g. sham marriages), theft, robberies...ETC then their PR status or application would be in jeopardy
